Kevin Donnelly

Kevin Donnelly, Managing Director 

Kevin has 37 years of experience in sales, marketing, and general management. He joined Britvic in September 2008 as Marketing Director and was appointed Managing Director in April 2013. Before Britvic, he spent 4 years as Sales & Marketing Director of Dairygold Consumer Foods Division. He spent 12 years at Unilever in a variety of roles, including Sales & Marketing Director, Ice Cream & Frozen Food; Head of Field Sales; Head of Key Accounts; and Head of Category Management. 

Kevin previously worked for 3 years as Client Services Director of Kantar Market Research in Dublin. 
He holds a First-Class Honours Degree in Marketing from Trinity College and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Digital Marketing. In 2012, he was awarded the title Marketer of the Year by a panel of industry experts. From 2020 to 22 he was Chair of IBEC’s Prepared Consumer Foods Council and is a Non-Executive Director and Board Member of Re-turn, the Republic of Ireland Deposit & Return Scheme (DRS), since its incorporation in February 2022

Mark Hargadon, Commercial Director 

Mark leads a team of over 120 professionals across all channels and commercial functions.

Mark spent eight years with Arytza Ireland (formerly Cuisine de France), rising from Head of Sales to Commercial Director and serving on the GB&I Executive Team. Before this, he spent 15 years at Coca‑Cola Hellenic in a range of commercial and project leadership roles.

A senior business leader with deep expertise across grocery, convenience, foodservice, and licensed sectors, Mark is recognised for delivering high performance, developing talent, and earning multiple industry and personal awards.

Damien Shelly,  Chief Operations Officer

Damien is a purpose‑led business leader with a strong track record of driving performance, leading transformation and developing high‑performing teams across Ireland and global organisations.

Damien joined Britvic Ireland in 2015 as Finance Director, led Supply chain from 2019 to the start of 2026, having been appointed Chief Operations Officer in 2022. As COO, Damien is currently accountable for Finance, People & Culture, Legal, PMO, Procurement, and the strategic relationship with Diageo ensuring the Carlsberg portfolio reaches its full potential on the Island of Ireland;  where, the responsibility for each area is with brilliant functional leaders. Having led the transition of Britvic Ireland into the Carlsberg group Damien is now focused on creating our future-fit organisation, one with the foundational capability and culture required to execute against our ambition and strategy into the next decade.

Damien spent over two decades with Diageo, holding senior leadership roles across Ireland and globally which included his favourite role of Global Innovation Finance Director; this Diageo work spanned strategy, innovation, commercial, brands, supply chain and large‑scale transformation in complex international environments.

Damien is a Chartered Director, a qualified accountant [ACCA], holds an MBA from Henley MC, alongside past development with London Business School and recent executive development with Smurfit UCD in digital innovation and transformation. He is currently on the board of a number of Carlsberg Group entities, having previously served on both external and internal Diageo related boards.

Sian Young,  Sustainable Business and Corporate Affairs Director

Sian started her career in Unilever as a Marketing Graduate Trainee.  Following 4 years working across household and personal care brands, including leading an APMC Grand Prix, winning campaign for Impulse, she joined Britvic Ireland in 2006.   

Starting in Marketing, Sian worked in a variety of roles covering the local brand portfolio for 14 years before making a move to Sustainability following a secondment opportunity to lead out the Ballygowan sustainability strategy.  She has worked across many areas of the business, including leading HR and the Beyond-the-Bottle commercial function. Sian holds a degree in Experimental Psychology from Oxford University and a Professional Diploma in Marketing.   

Sian is vice-chair of the FDI Sustainability Committee and was recognised with the inaugural Pakman ESG Industry Leader Award. A passionate advocate for locally sourced food and drink, Sian is also a non-executive director of Love Irish Food. 

Stephen Cramp,  Marketing Director 

Stephen Cramp is an accomplished marketing leader with more than 15 years of experience in the beverage industry, currently serving as Marketing Director at Britvic Ireland. In this role, Stephen leads the team across Brand Marketing, Consumer Insight, Shopper Marketing, Category Management, and Research & Development. Throughout his career at Britvic, Stephen has led a diverse portfolio of more than twenty iconic brands, including Ballygowan, Mi Wadi, Club, TK, Cidona, and global partner brands such as Pepsi, 7UP, and Lipton.

Stephen has led more than 100 product launches over the past decade, strengthening brand performance and driving category growth. He has overseen major sponsorship and activation programmes with the FAI, IRFU, GAA Clubs, and the SSE Arena. His work has earned multiple industry honours, including the Bord Bia Food & Drink Award for Excellence in Digital Marketing, along with recognition from Checkout, Shelf Life, and the AIM Awards.

Stephen earned first‑class honours in both his MSc in International Business and his Bachelor of Business in Marketing from Technological University Dublin.
He was named to Business Plus’s “40 Under 40” as one of Ireland’s leading young marketers and has served on the Association of Advertisers in Ireland Council since 2020.

Lyndsey O'Leary, Integrated Supply Chain Director

Lyndsey is the Integrated Supply Chain Director for Britvic Ireland, responsible for the full end‑to‑end supply chain across the country. This includes Demand and Supply Planning, two production sites in Kylemore and NCW, Quality, Health & Safety, Engineering, long‑term development planning, and the application of Lean Manufacturing principles.  Leading a team of around 290 colleagues, and has been a member of the Britvic Ireland Executive Team since 2024.

Stepping into the ISC Director role in 2026, Lyndsey previously served as R&D and PMO Director, overseeing all product innovation and renovation and establishing the company’s Program Management Office. Earlier roles at Britvic included GB&I Team Leader for Liquid Development, Liquid Development Manager, Quality & Compliance Lead, and several other technical and leadership positions since joining the business in 2006.

Before Britvic, Lyndsey began her career with Unilever. In 2025, Lyndsey graduated with First Class Honours in Food Science. A career in FMCG has allowed Lindsey to see the direct connection between thoughtful development, efficient supply chains, and meaningful consumer impact.

Our History

Britvic Ireland boasts a heritage spanning more than 227 years, with origins dating back to 1799, making it Ireland’s longest‑established soft drinks company.  Britvic Ireland has been manufacturing soft drinks at Kylemore Road in Ballyfermot for the past 50 years and has been bottling Ballygowan at Newcastle West in Limerick for 35 years.
